About This Community
We are tucked between Lake Nona Country Club and the Northlake Park Neighborhood, right in the middle of Lake Nona Village. Our residents are just a short walk from Nona Blue Restaurant and Menchies Frozen Yogurt.
Our very own Chateau Dining Room is open from 7am until 7pm allowing our residents to enjoy their favorite foods on their schedule, and not ours. Salmon and a petite filet are on our everyday menu. But don’t fret, you can always have a bacon-cheeseburger or even breakfast for dinner!
We have more Programming staff than many buildings twice our size. This allows us to offer programming that varies from discussion groups and book clubs to art classes, cards, Bible Study, and the list goes on. Our Resident Outings are one of the many amenities we are really know for. We attend shows, rocket launches, museums, parks, and have been known to make a run or two to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa.
We have nurses on staff 24 hours a day and offer a safe environment where our residents are checked on multiple times daily. Did I mention our building that was built to withstand a category 4 hurricane and our generator can support the entire building for over a week without refueling!
